How exciting to have the opportunity to confront the disbelief of others in such a real way. We often see the struggles of people, but they are never honest enough to identify why they believe they lack joy. You have been given the target for your prayers - money. Jesus teaches so specifically about money and the love or lust for it. We pray that God leads you to the Scripture that will pierce the hearts of your neighbors with the truth about money and it's fleeting happiness. We also pray that they see the difference between happiness and joy that comes from a personal relationship with Jesus. God bless you with wisdom and might. May you have the heart and resolve of Daniel who lived in captivity with the assurance of God's provision.
